2. Personal data we process
Only the data you share through the contact form: name, email and the content of your message. We do not request financial, patrimonial, biometric or sensitive data.
3. Primary purposes
To attend your editorial inquiry, respond to correction or collaboration requests, and keep a minimum operational record. These purposes are necessary for the relationship with the data subject.
4. Secondary purposes
Occasional non-commercial editorial communication. You may opt out by stating so in your message or writing to hola@arvionexm.com. Opting out does not affect the attention to your inquiry.
5. ARCO rights and consent withdrawal
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@arvionexm.com. We will respond within the timeframes provided by LFPDPPP.
6. Transfers
We do not transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may use technology processors (e.g. hosting or email delivery providers) under adequate confidentiality and protection clauses.
7. Cookies and similar technologies

8. Minors
The site is not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly request or collect information from minors.
