Cookie Policy

Last updated: January 15, 2026

This Policy describes what cookies are, how Arvionexm uses them and how you can manage them. Our implementation is compatible with Google Consent Mode v2 and with INAI guidelines on tracking-technology data processing.

1. What are cookies?

Small files a website stores in your browser to remember information like language preferences or consent state. They can be first-party (Arvionexm) or third-party (e.g. Google).

2. Consent Mode v2 — what it is

Google Consent Mode v2 is a mechanism that lets websites communicate the user's consent state to Google tags (Google Ads, Google Analytics) before they activate. On Arvionexm all advertising and analytics signals are set to 'denied' by default and are only raised to 'granted' when you grant consent through the banner.

3. Categories we use

(a) Strictly necessary: language, consent preferences, basic security. (b) Analytics: aggregate measurement of the content read. (c) Advertising: Google Ads (AW-18064110603) with url_passthrough and ads_data_redaction active. (d) Personalization: light editorial adaptation.

4. Specific signals configured

We apply ads_data_redaction = true and url_passthrough = true to reduce data exposure when consent has not been granted. These signals are transmitted to Google via the gtag object.

5. How to change your preferences

You can open the 'Cookie preferences' link in the site footer at any time, accept all, reject all, or save a granular selection. Your decision is stored in localStorage under the key arvionexm_consent_v2.

6. Persistence and deletion

If you clear your browser's local storage or switch devices, the banner will appear again because the consent state will have been lost. This is an intentional feature of the standard.

7. Third parties

Google (Ads / Analytics) may set cookies only after your consent. Check Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy to understand how they process information on their side.

8. Updates

We will update this Policy if cookie categories, providers or regulatory framework change. The date at the top will always indicate the latest revision.
